What is your capacity?

The capacity varies based on the setup of the room, but generally speaking: Main Banquet Room is  3000 sqft can seat up  200 guests.

Does the venue offer planning and event design services?

We can service our clients with Full-Planning and Design services. This is a separate service from renting  of the venue. Contact venue owner, Djhulia for Planning and Design services, or for preferred vendor lists.

What is your security deposit?

  A security deposit in the amount of $500 is required to be paid no less than 60 days prior to the date of the event.  The security deposit shall secure the renter’s obligation to repair any damage to the Believe Dream  Ballroom or surrounding areas. The renter is responsible to leave Believe Dream and surrounding property in its original condition prior to leave  the event.  Any costs to Believe Dream for clean-up or repair of damage caused by the event will be deducted from the security deposit.  Any remaining security deposit will be refundable 5 days after the event.

Are pets allowed at the venue?

Pets are not allowed at Believe Dream, with the exemption of service animals with the owner approval.

Can I hire my own event planner?

Yes. Although our venue provides event planning and design services, we welcome all event planners to Believe Dream Luxury Ballroom Events to provide unique and beautiful experiences to our clients.

What happens if I have to cancel my event

In the event of a cancellation prior to the event date, the Renter will receive NO refund.  Renters will not receive back any refund of venue rental payments. However, Renter may apply payments to a new date with a $250 reschedule fee.Any cancellation at any time prior to the event date due to governmental regulations or CDC guidelines that limit the number of people that may gather to less than the planned number of guests, the Renter will receive an opportunity to reschedule a new date for the event. Cancellation notices must be submitted to Believe Dream in writing via email.

Does security guard is require for the venue?

Events with more than 100 guests in attendance with lot of kids  due require to hire our third party security vendor for the safety of the children.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes. All vendors must provide a certificate of insurance and add Believe Dream as additional insured.

What is the venue rental deposit fee?

To secure your date, a non-refundable 50% retainer along with a signed contract is required.

When Is the full payment due for the venue?

All the remaining event rental balance must be paid 60 days prior to the event.  Failure to make final payment will result in event cancellation.

Do I have to pay Florida taxes to the venue?

Florida state sales tax will be charged on the rental fee at 6.5%.  Non-profit organizations with must present their Non-Profit Status Form, and tax exempt organizations must present their Tax Exempt Certificate when completing the rental application with no exceptions!

Are we allowed to bring alcohol to the venue?

If alcohol will be served, clients are require to hire a licensed bartender and must provide Liquor License. Selling alcohol is prohibited. (It is a NO NO) see the owner for more details.
